A special emphasis is devoted to the interface between the consultancy team, the supervision team, the construction contractors and the client, by gearing the K&A teams to understand comprehensively the construction process and to appreciate the capabilities and concerns of those responsible for the project execution.

In order to ensure the excellence of our work, a set of parallel engineering disciplines have been developed within the department and consist of:

- Value engineering for the identification and elimination of unnecessary costs.
- Reliability engineering for evaluation and assessment of the design characteristics of each component with respect to reliability, availability and maintainability.
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)

Engineers and CAD operators are our most valuable asset and we emphasize training and continued education in order to allow our team to take on new opportunities in diverse fields and to regard changes in Client's needs as a welcome challenge.

The pervasiveness of engineering software programs in consultancy is adding a new dimension to our design strength and we have successfully mastered all the necessary software and hardware tools to our intrinsic work force.
