Public initiatives integral to our private identity

From the onset, K&A founders built the company on a foundation firmly rooted in ethics, by putting to practice their set mission: “the development and service of society with the highest levels of professional integrity and commitment”. The company has been engaged in various corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities both internally and externally, as it clearly sees the interdependence of its own well-being with that of society and the environment.

Internal CSR actions include scholarships and other educational and financial medical support, loans and donations to K&A employees, as well as job security and equal opportunity in the hiring and promotion of staff.

External CSR actions are numerous and include providing free-of-charge consultancy services for health, educational , municipal, religious and philanthropic organizations. The firm also supports NGOs, either financially or via direct assistance, in bringing relief materials and supplies to disaster areas. K&A also offers technical support in arbitration in cases of conflict, in addition to hosting seminars and assisting governments in acquiring grants from development agencies, as well as promoting green buildings and sustainable development.
