Khatib & Alami's (K&A) architectural achievements embody the cross-cultural experience and nature of the people performing design and providing various professional services. This has formulated the innovative component in the company, thus participating in its continued growth.

 

The educational and cultural backgrounds of our architects and planners are diversified; they are knowledgeable of American, European and Middle Eastern cultures and professional practice requirements. The architects and planners at K&A work hand-in-hand with other engineering disciplines to offer the coherent multi-disciplinary services that ensure meeting clients' and end users' requirements.

 

Growth

 

The growth of Khatib & Alami has been achieved through the continuous zealous and serious efforts of the architects, planners and their assistants. K&A architectural staff capabilities have grown steadily from a few architects based in Beirut in the mid-sixties to more than 246 architects by the year 2009, working in both design and construction supervision in 14 countries and 21 branches. The continued growth of the discipline is assured through the clear setting of strategies and implementation plans, and in offering services.

Project teams are supported with expert input as required, the extensive and effective exposure of our designers within countries of operation, and fulfilling the market demands.


K&A has been designing and managing projects that range from high-tech buildings to large residential and commercial development projects. The architectural projects range between 25 and 200 million US dollars.
