| K&A Participates in the Middle East and Africa Conference for ESRI Users in Sharm El Sheikh |  |
| In December 2005, the Middle East and Africa (MEA) Conference for ESRI Users was held for the first time in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, where more than 450 users from the Middle East region met and discussed the latest developments in ESRI’s software.
For three days, the conference hosted professional sessions, where industry experts shared their GIS experience with the attendees. The first day was also marked by the inauguration of a GIS services exhibition, which involved world leaders in the field. In the exhibition, the GIS Services Division at Khatib & Alami (K&A) showcased the company’s latest projects. K&A was also active in the conference sessions, as the Design and Implementation Department Manager, Manal El Sayed, gave the attendees a presentation on “GIS in Real Estate Management”. The participants very well acclaimed the presentation and expressed their interest during the Q&A session that followed it. |
