Khaldoun Nasreddine, PhD

Dr. Khaldoun Nasreddine serves as a Member of the Board at Khatib & Alami, Vice President for Beirut and Egypt design centers, and Partner. He brings 28 years of international experience in geotechnical and heavy civil engineering across complex infrastructure developments. His leadership reflects a strong track record of technical rigor, strategic oversight, and delivery across major infrastructure programs.

In his current role, he provides strategic direction and technical governance across a wide range of sectors, including transportation, railways, highways, tunneling, dams, ports and marine works, airports, and large-scale buildings. He plays a central role in strengthening technical excellence, supporting client engagement, and driving K&A’s growth in the Egyptian market.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Nasreddine led the delivery of mega and complex projects across the Middle East, Africa, and beyond, ensuring alignment with international standards and client expectations. He began his career as a geotechnical engineer, building a strong foundation that continues to shape his leadership approach, while maintaining ongoing involvement in research and teaching.
