K&A Appointed to Deliver Sawari Ajman Development

Khatib & Alami (K&A) has reached a significant milestone with its appointment by GJ Properties, Ajman’s leading private luxury real estate developer, as the design and supervision consultant for Sawari Ajman. This marks the company’s largest project in Ajman to date and ranks among the Emirate’s most significant developments currently underway.

Located in Al Zahya near the Bab Al Sharq community, Sawari Ajman offers direct access to Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and forms part of Ajman’s expanding urban landscape. The development comprises 17 residential towers across two phases, organized into the Central Park and Central Point districts, creating a connected, community-focused destination.

K&A has commenced the initial works, marking the start of design development.
