Khatib & Alami Group Recruitment Fraud Notice
Khatib & Alami is aware that fraudulent recruitment activity may target job seekers by using company names, logos, employee names, or fake job offers.
This Recruitment Fraud Notice explains how candidates can identify legitimate K&A recruitment communications and protect themselves from scams.
How K&A Recruitment Works
K&A recruitment communications are conducted through official company channels and authorized recruitment platforms.
K&A does not charge candidates any recruitment, application, interview, visa, processing, training, travel, or onboarding fees under any circumstances.
We do not make job offers without a formal recruitment process, which may include application review, interviews, verification, and official communication from K&A or an authorized recruitment partner.
Warning Signs of Recruitment Fraud
A recruitment message may be fraudulent if it:
- Requests payment or bank transfers
- Asks for sensitive personal or financial information too early in the process
- Uses unofficial email addresses or messaging applications only
- Offers a role without interviews or proper assessment
- Creates urgency or pressure to respond immediately
- Contains poor grammar, unusual formatting, or inconsistent branding
- Claims to guarantee a job in exchange for payment
- Sends documents that appear unofficial or difficult to verify
What K&A Will Never Ask For
K&A will never request sensitive personal, banking, or financial information at an inappropriate stage of the recruitment process or without a legitimate business reason.
How to Verify a Job Opportunity
Candidates applying for roles in the K&A should ensure that employment-related documentation is issued and processed through the appropriate official channels and verify any concerns directly with K&A before acting.
Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you believe you have received a fraudulent recruitment communication claiming to represent K&A, please report it to us immediately and refrain from making any payment or sharing additional personal information.
When reporting, include:
- The sender’s name and email address
- Screenshots or copies of the message
- Any documents or links received
- The job title or location mentioned
- Any payment request or suspicious instruction
- Contact: recruitmentfraud@khatibalami.com
Important Disclaimer
K&A takes reasonable measures to protect its recruitment processes and brand from misuse. However, fraudulent communications may be created by unauthorized third parties without K&A’s knowledge or involvement.
K&A cannot guarantee the prevention of all fraudulent activity conducted by third parties and encourages candidates to independently verify recruitment communications before sharing personal information, making payments, or taking other action.
