The Al Zahia Mall Sustainability project is guided by the client’s commitment to responsible development. The project achieved LEED Gold certification through strategic planning, energy-efficient design, water conservation measures, and enhanced indoor environmental quality.

Designing a Mixed-Use Facility With High Environmental Standards
