Developing a High-Security Operational Environment for the Presidency of State Security Buildings Riyadh
The Presidency of State Security Buildings Riyadh complex includes five purpose-built facilities arranged within a secure perimeter. The development features a Command and Control Center, Medical Center, Explosives Factory, Visitor and Reception Building, and Engineering Management Building. A 5,600-meter anti-blast fence surrounds the site.
Each building supports a distinct operational role, requiring precise spatial coordination, resilient infrastructure systems, and a secure internal movement network.
Designing for Security, Circulation, and Operational Efficiency
Designing the complex required balancing diverse functions, strict safety requirements, and controlled access. The team aligned the architectural layout with security protocols and internal circulation patterns to support daily workflows at scale.
