Project Management Consultancy Madinah Palm Resort
Oasis-inspired resorts promoting sustainable tourism and regional development
K&A is providing integrated Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for this landmark development, comprising three themed resorts—Agritourism, Ecotourism, and Adventure. Working in close collaboration with the Employer’s project team, our PMC specialists are managing program delivery across the design, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases. By applying innovative fast-track and “rolling-wave” strategies, we are ensuring efficient execution, operational excellence, and a sustainable boost to tourism in the region.
Inspired by Madinah’s geography, traditions, and cultural heritage, the resort spans nearly 50,000 m² and provides world-class five-star facilities. Each Oasis Resort is carefully themed to embody its own unique tourism identity, creating a cohesive destination that blends authenticity with modern luxury.
The resorts will be fully equipped with a complete range of hospitality facilities to support seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences, including:

Large-Scale Project Delivery
Delivering the Madinah Palm Resort required managing overlapping project phases—design, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction—without compromising on schedule or quality. Securing permits and approvals from multiple authorities, administering complex contracts, and managing diverse stakeholder expectations added further challenges. Maintaining rigorous quality control across such a large and multifaceted program was essential.
Fast-Track Project Management & Construction Management (PMCM)
To meet these challenges, K&A implemented a combination of fast-track and “rolling-wave” delivery strategies to accelerate progress while maintaining flexibility. Detailed design review and management processes ensured accuracy and consistency. Robust procurement, tendering, and bidding frameworks streamlined material supply and resource allocation. Structured stakeholder engagement and coordination with authorities facilitated smooth approvals, while integrated systems for risk, cost, time, and quality management provided assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
