K&A led pre-tender redesign and targeted Value Engineering to optimize structural systems, materials, and operational performance while ensuring strict FIFA compliance. The project was carefully planned for post-event conversion into a multi-purpose community hub, reinforcing long-term legacy value beyond the tournament.

At Boulevard World Riyadh, delivered for Sela Sport Company as part of Riyadh Season, K&A led infrastructure design and construction supervision for a large-scale multicultural entertainment landmark. The development included the world’s largest artificial lake and several record-breaking attractions, requiring coordination across more than 70 contractors within an 80-day fast-track delivery schedule.

Our teams ensured utilities integration, structural coordination, crowd management planning, and strict QA/QC oversight to safeguard safety, quality, and operational performance. The result is a high-capacity destination that strengthens Riyadh’s cultural and tourism landscape while demonstrating K&A’s ability to deliver complex sports and recreation facilities under demanding timelines.
