Bashar Ayach

Mr. Bashar Ayyash serves as a Member of the Board at Khatib & Alami, Partner, and Senior Vice President. He is a senior construction and operations leader with over 40 years of experience delivering complex projects across multiple sectors. In his current role, he oversees operations across the UAE, including the UAE design center and the Bangalore Design Centers, serving as the primary client interface and leading multidisciplinary teams at all stages of project delivery.

His leadership experience includes major hospitality developments, hospitals with advanced electromechanical and medical systems, and pharmaceutical facilities designed to meet stringent regulatory requirements. His work is defined by strong operational governance, quality assurance, and effective coordination with clients and stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery outcomes.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ayyah developed extensive expertise in construction supervision, contract administration, claims evaluation, cost control, and progress monitoring. Alongside his operational responsibilities, he has remained actively involved in business development and client engagement, contributing to sustained delivery performance and long-term partnerships across the UAE and wider regional markets.
