Charles Ghorayeb

Mr. Charles Ghorayeb is Partner and Senior Vice President – CEO Office at Khatib & Alami in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, he supports the firm’s executive leadership in shaping strategic priorities, strengthening governance, and aligning corporate vision with disciplined execution across the organization.

With more than three decades of experience, Mr. Ghorayeb has contributed to the delivery and governance of major infrastructure programs spanning railways, airports, highways and roads, buildings, utilities, and water and wastewater facilities. He has also guided green building certification and sustainability initiatives, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to resilient, future-ready development.

Since joining Khatib & Alami in 2002, he has progressed from technical leadership to enterprise-level strategic oversight, including establishing Program Management Offices and serving on steering committees for large-scale programs. His leadership philosophy emphasizes clarity of purpose, structured decision-making, and the integration of strategy, performance, and delivery.

As Senior Vice President, he plays a central role in supporting the CEO and Executive Committee on corporate strategy, enterprise performance, and major program oversight. He leads executive reporting and monitoring frameworks, supports organizational transformation initiatives, and helps align business units and geographies with the firm’s strategic objectives, contributing to Khatib & Alami’s long-term growth, resilience, direction, and strengthening its ability to deliver sustainable impact across the region.
