Faisal Alami

Mr. Faisal Alami serves as a Member of the Board at Khatib & Alami. He was appointed Executive Vice President and Partner at Khatib & Alami in 2016. In this role, he continues to lead key corporate functions, drawing on his long-standing experience as Director of Finance and Corporate Affairs and as Director of the Geospatial Systems Integration Division, where he has overseen the delivery of GIS services to clients in the utilities, energy, and government sectors.

With deep regional expertise, Mr. Alami has worked across the Middle East, particularly in the Gulf, holding strategic roles in financial planning, operational performance, and technology management. His background spans business administration, human resources development, information technology, and engineering consultancy, contributing to the successful delivery of complex, high-value programs across multiple sectors.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Alami served as Resident Manager in the Sultanate of Oman, where he provided operational leadership and played a pioneering role in advancing GIS implementation within the country. He led the concept design of the Oman Land Information System (LIS) and developed geospatial applications for government entities, while also overseeing major healthcare infrastructure programs that strengthened K&A’s long-term presence in the Sultanate.
