Oussama Dimachkieh

Mr. Oussama Dimachkieh serves as a Member of the Board at Khatib & Alami, Executive Vice President, and Partner. He leads the firm’s global Architecture and Planning divisions and contributes to its strategic direction across international markets. With more than four decades of experience, he brings deep expertise in design leadership, technical excellence, and multidisciplinary coordination.

He has led the delivery of large-scale architectural and planning projects across multiple regions, with a focus on aligning design vision with execution, performance, and client requirements.

Mr. Dimachkieh joined Khatib & Alami in 1980, building a distinguished career through progressive leadership roles. He has held key positions including Head of the Architectural Department and Director of Building Design Services, playing a central role in the development and expansion of the firm’s architectural practice.

He was appointed Partner and Member of the Board in 1997, and became Executive Vice President in 2016. In this role, he continues to oversee the firm’s global architectural and planning activities, strengthening integrated delivery and reinforcing K&A’s presence across its markets.
