Oussama Dimachkieh

Mr. Oussama Dimachkieh serves as a Member of the Board at Khatib & Alami, Executive Vice President, and Partner. In his role, he leads the firm’s global Architecture and Planning divisions and contributes to the strategic direction of the practice across international markets. With more than four decades of experience, his leadership reflects a strong track record of design quality, technical expertise, and multidisciplinary coordination. 

He has played a central role in the delivery of large-scale architectural and planning projects across multiple regions. His work is defined by a balanced approach to design and execution, supporting the delivery of projects in line with performance, quality, and client requirements. 

Mr. Dimachkieh joined Khatib & Alami in 1980, beginning a long-standing career marked by progressive leadership responsibilities. Over the years, he held key positions including Head of the Architectural Department and Director of Building Design Services, contributing to the development and expansion of the firm’s architectural practice.  

In 1997, he was appointed Partner and Member of the Board, and in 2016, he assumed the role of Executive Vice President. In this capacity, he continues to guide the firm’s global architectural and planning activities, supporting integrated delivery and reinforcing K&A’s presence across its markets.
