Ramadan Harb

Mr. Ramadan Harb is a Board Member, Partner, and Senior Vice President – Infrastructure at Khatib & Alami, bringing more than four decades of experience in infrastructure engineering, design, and project management. Since joining K&A in 1982, he has contributed to the delivery of major transportation and infrastructure projects across the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia.

In his executive role, he provides strategic direction across K&A’s infrastructure sectors and oversees the firm’s operations in Lebanon, Syria, and Saudi Arabia. His responsibilities include business development, strengthening technical capabilities, and guiding multidisciplinary project delivery. His experience spans highways, railways, airports, and large-scale infrastructure developments, with a focus on technical excellence, operational efficiency, and meeting client needs.

Throughout his career, Mr. Harb has contributed to major projects including NEOM, the Haramain High-Speed Railway, Madinah Metro, and the GCC Railway Project. Before becoming Senior Vice President in 2018, he held several leadership positions within K&A, including Riyadh Office Manager and Head of the Transportation Department, helping strengthen the firm’s technical capabilities and regional presence.
