                 WHO IS MANSOUR KHAROUB
Mansour Kharoub joined K&A some 23 years ago. He started his early career working on
several of Dubai’s early skyscrapers along Sheikh Zayed Road, including The Fairmont Dubai,
Dusit Dubai Hotel, and the 72-storey, 333 m Rose Rayhaan – ranked the world’s tallest hotel
from 2009–2012 in the Guinness World Records Book. He is today a design team leader
who spearheads the system engineering, analysis and the concept development of various
mechanical systems. His core competencies lie in his ability to effectively communicate with
and manage multidisciplinary teams while performing a variety of technical inspections
and testing to ensure adequate compliance with the project requirements. The project
that best reflects on Mansour’s mechanical capabilities in design, supervision and project
management is Al Habtoor City’s La Perle aqua theatre.
