The three industrial zones are located in Baalbek

The design process is composed of five stages
which started with kick-off meetings and site
visits to outline the design framework, the scope
of work and the project's objectives. Followed
by the inception phase, a work methodology
was created to focus on designing a sustainable
and competitive project. At fieldwork stage,
stakeholder meetings, public consultations and
