Digital Services Achieves ISO Certification and CMMI Level 3 For Development and Data
Khatib & Alami (K&A) Digital Services has successfully renewed its ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security) certifications. As part of a broader effort to enhance operational excellence, we have also been reappraised at Level 3 of ISACA’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Development and achieved a new milestone—Level 3 appraisal for CMMI Data.
This data appraisal positions K&A among only nine organizations globally to attain this recognition, further solidifying its leadership in data governance and process maturity. By implementing robust quality management practices and advanced security protocols, we are equipped to deliver innovative solutions with enhanced efficiency and reliability, ensuring consistent service delivery across all geographies. CMMI LEVEL 3 FOR DEVELOPMENT AND DATA Amid the rise of IoT and Digital Twin technologies, the CMMI Data certification is pivotal in strengthening data governance, enhancing security frameworks, and fostering stakeholder trust. This enables K&A to mitigate risks effectively, drive innovation, and deliver sustainable, efficient solutions.
